When will I receive my order?
We aim to process and despatch orders within 3 working days of receipt of your order, although at peak times, especially Christmas, we ask you to allow a little longer. Orders are subject to availability. If your order is urgent we recommend Priority Delivery post.
Returning an order
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please return to us within 28 days for a refund or exchange. Your item must be in an unused and saleable condition. The refund will be for the full value of the item (not including the postage charges). Please do not forget to inform us for the reason of your return
Please note that we will not be able to refund socks that have already been worn.
All items to be returned by 2nd class signed for or Special Delivery for insurance purposes. This is to protect you should your item go missing when posting back to us
Should your items be faulty or not as ordered we will of course give a full refund plus the original postage costs
