Delivery
We aim to process and despatch orders within 3 days of receipt of your order, although at peak times we ask you to allow a little longer (up to 28 days). Orders are subject to availability. If your order is urgent we recommend 1st Class Post and you may like to suggest alternative colours in case of temporary shortages.

First Class Post: Add 30p per pair
Outside U.K. Europe & Southern Ireland £6.50 per parcel. Rest of the world £8.25 per parcel.

Please note
All prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate. Unless you direct us otherwise your socks will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force "2nd Class letter post" or "Parcel Post", depending on the weight of the parcel.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return your socks, you must advise us within 7 days. They must be returned to us unused and in their original condition inclusive of all labelling within 28 days of receipt. We do ask that you pay the postage back to us 'which is non refundable' as we do not operate a free returns service. Customer wishing to change their socks due to their error will be charged £3.50 to cover clerical costs. A cheque or postal order must be included with the returned socks. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. Returns are at your expense. On receipt we will fully refund the cost of the products but not the postage cost. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed

under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).

Product Care
The socks can be either hand washed or are machine washable at 40 degrees wool wash.

Environment
Our aim is for minimum packaging in the interest of the environment.
