Delivery
We aim to process and despatch orders within 3 days of receipt of your order, although at peak times we ask you to allow a little longer (up to 28 days). Orders are subject to availability. If your order is urgent we recommend 1st Class Post and you may like to suggest alternative colours in case of temporary shortages.

U.K. Destinations
(including Channel Islands & Northern Ireland)

Normal Service (signature required):
£3.50 per parcel

First Class Post:
Add 30p per pair

Outside U.K.
Europe & Southern Ireland £5.95 per parcel.
Rest of the world £7.50 per parcel.

Please note
Unless you direct us otherwise your socks will be sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force "2nd Class letter post" or "Parcel Post", depending on the weight of the parcel.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return your socks, you must advise us within 7 days. They must be returned to us unused and in their original condition inclusive of all labelling within 28 days of receipt. We do ask that you pay the postage back to us 'which is non refundable' as we do not operate a free returns service. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of posting from the post office, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. On receipt we will fully refund the cost of the products but not the postage cost.
